INCHWORMS - 10 REPS
COMMANDOS - 10 REPS EACH ARM
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS - 30 SEC
PLANK - 30 SEC
SIDE PLANK - 30 SEC EACH SIDE
CAT / COW - 30 SEC
BIRD / DOG - 10 EACH SIDE
DOWN DOG / PLANK / KNEE TO NOSE - 10 EACH SIDE
SIDE PLANK / TWIST - 10 EACH SIDE
TABLE TOP CRUNCH - 25 REPS
TOW TOUCH - 20 REPS
LEG LIFTS - 15 REPS
REVERSE CRUNCH - 10 REPS
REVERSE PLANK TAPS - 10 EACH SIDE
Take it one exercise at a time, put on your favorite song and jam out as you break a sweat!
